Summertime: June & early July

June 5: San Diego Rock & Roll Half Marathon, 13.1 miles, finishing in 3 hours and 18 minutes w/Trinity and Christian
June 8: 1st massage ever
June 14: New job offer
June 17: 2nd massage ever (best so far)
June 27: Condo viewing in the city (The Artanni, 829 Folsom, One Hawthorne)
July 1 – 5: 4 night backpacking trip in Sequoia Nat’l Park w/Trinity, Christian, Joe, Rachel, Blake, Ashley, and Alex. Hiked through snow, crossed a multitude of fallen logs over rivers, camped at Lodgepole, Cahoon Meadow, and Clover Creek. Cuts, scrapes, falls through the gaps (snow breaks), washing up at Clover Creek, black bear and cub sighting, “skiing” down the slopes, roasting shoes over the campfire, tent pole snapping, drinks & sausages on last night + ten fingers.
